Winchmore Hill Residents' Association

The WHRA is a committee of villagers who work as volunteers to enhance our village community. Chaired by Lisa Plumridge, the committee meets monthly in one of our excellent pubs to organise events like our annual Village Show, litterpick, Christmas Carol Concert, and to discuss issues of local interest and funds for local projects. We liaise with the Penn Parish Council on matters affecting the village and the wider Buckinghamshire County.
