Twixtmas was time for the first Winchmore Hill treasure hunt. Some 30 people in 8 teams, from children to grandparents, took part in the two hour hunt by car and on foot around local villages looking for clues. We were very grateful to Amersham museum who opened up for us for a couple hours and to the Potters Arms for hosting us and providing great pizzas for all to round off the day.
The result went down to the wire but congratulations go to Kate, Adam and family who headed the winning team, and snatched a spectacular win on the tie break question. It was great fun enjoyed by all concerned.
Thanks to Chris and Mads for organising.
