Summer Solstice Celebration!

Families, friends, and neighbours came together to celebrate the Summer Solstice at a joyful community gathering that made the most of the year’s longest day.
The evening began with a gentle yoga sun salutation, offering a calm and uplifting way to welcome the solstice and enjoy the beauty of the summer evening together. People of all ages joined in, creating a wonderfully peaceful start to the event. And children got engrossed in an egg catching game….
Afterwards, everyone settled onto picnic rugs and chairs to share food, conversation, and laughter whilst enjoying the chance to spend time together outdoors.
A heartfelt thank you goes to everyone who helped organise the celebration and to all who brought food, games, and such a warm community spirit. The event was a lovely reminder of the value of coming together to celebrate the seasons
