Spring Fun at Toddles!

With summer fast approaching, we’ve been thrilled to break out the garden toys at Toddles!

The children have been thoroughly enjoying our outdoor activities, exploring sand trays and water play alongside our regular indoor favourites - “Café Toddles,” construction sets, train tracks, the home corner, and, of course, plenty of creative crafting (not to mention the best snacks in town!!!)

We had a wonderful Easter and Mother’s Day party, all our mums (and carers) were spoilt rotten with scones and clotted cream, and presented with a bunch of daffodils by our little helpers, while the children enjoyed Easter crafts and an Easter egg!

Looking ahead, we’re getting ready for some exciting events. Over the coming months, we’ll be preparing for our toddler group graduation, celebrating those little ones heading off to school in September. We’re also planning an art workshop for the village show to encourage our youngest villagers to get involved and showcase their creativity!

We’re incredibly proud of the warm, supportive community that has grown around Toddles. Each week, we welcome 20 or more children, who are forming wonderful friendships, while their parents and carers build lasting support networks. It’s truly heart-warming to see such a vibrant village community in action!

The Stay and Play Toddler group runs every Wednesday in term time from 10am to 11.30 am in the Memorial Hall. Do join us - we'd be very happy to see you.
